FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic structure of a workshop comprises a frame, bearing walls with barriers in the form of a floor and a ceiling, which are tiled with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, and also piece sound absorbers, comprising a frame, where a sound-absorbing material is arranged, and installed above noisy equipment. The floor is arranged on an elastic base and comprises a fixed plate made of concrete reinforced with a vibration-damping material, which is installed on a base plate of a floor-to-floor slab with cavities via layers of the vibration-damping material and hydraulic insulation material with a gap relative to bearing walls of a production room. Piece sound absorbers are made in the form of an element of a noise muffler, comprising a body with a flap cover filled with a sound-absorbing material placed into a protective shell. Body walls are formed with a sound-absorbing structure made in the form of cylindrical perforated coaxial shells - outer and inner ones, between which a sound absorber is arranged, made at least of one profiled porous sheet. The sheet profile in the section may be triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal, in the form of circular arcs, sinusoidal. The sound-absorbing material is represented by boards of mineral wool on basalt basis, or mineral wool, or basalt wool, or glass wool. The sound-absorbing element along its entire surface is lined with an acoustically transparent material. The sound-absorbing material of the sound absorber in the sound-absorbing structure of the body is a porous noise-attenuating material.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of sound-suppressing.
