SUBSTANCE: axial short and long sections of a cam slot are interconnected by a closed shaped section so that at axial reciprocative movement of a collar as related to the shaft a guiding pin will be either in transport position or in operating one. Shock-absorbing element is made in a form of a compression spring and between the shaft and the upper adapter there is a sludge and cable bands catching chamber plugged from below. From overhead a funnel is screwed up into the upper adapter; it is equipped with centralisers from outside and with uncoupling mechanism from inside; the mechanism consists of a cylinder with a pin screwed rigidly into it and interacting with process grooves made at inner surface of the funnel so that at reciprocative movement of the cylinder relatively to the funnel the pin together with the cylinder can be rotated only in one direction; at that the last axial process groove with which the pin interacts is the longest one. At that length of all axial process grooves except for the last one is equal to a double length of maximum trip out of the hole during tripping operations.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device and preventing its jamming.
