FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: proportioning mixer comprises vertical bin divided into sectors by baffles. One of said baffles is secured rigidly while the others can perform angular displacement relative to fixed baffle and to be locked in required position by screws. Besides, it includes sleeve gasket arranged to extend at bin bottom, disc larger in diameter than said sleeve gasket and installed there under and rigidly secured relative to said bin, drive shaft, scrapers interacting with said disc and rigidly coupled with drive shaft in symmetry with respect to its axis. Also, it has comprises main cone larger in diameter than said disc and arranged thereunder and provided with openings at bell mouth while spreader with independent drive is arranged under cone neck. Besides, it has extra cone with mouth rigidly coupled with the main one arranged under the latter. Mote here that, in compliance with this invention, said scrapers are arranged under sleeve gasket and do not extend beyond its edges while radial straight discs cross, at least, one scraper. Besides, said scrapers are equipped with detachable exciters. Said exciter is composed of a plate shaped to annular cylinder with axis aligned with disc axis while cutouts are made to equal in height and thickness of exciter.

EFFECT: higher precision of proportioning.
