FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed processing, particularly, for minced feed extruding for feeding animals. Proposed proportioning mixer comprises bin, auger with its shaft accommodated in hollow drive shaft with guaranteed clearance, blades fitted radially on said drive shaft, rigid spiral-like strip and drive. Said auger features variable pitch coiling direction. Top coiling has smaller pitch than bottom coiling. Blades are arranged staggered and shifted relative to each other in horizontal plane. Auger shaft is furnished with radial dome-breaking blades.
EFFECT: higher quality of forage.
