SUBSTANCE: disclosed method is aimed at providing amplitude, phase and frequency modulation according to the law of variation of the amplitude of a low-frequency control signal with a long linear section of frequency modulation characteristics using one nonlinear element in frequency modulation mode and with a given ratio of the modules and phase difference of the transfer function in two states, characterised by two amplitude values of the low-frequency control signal in amplitude and phase modulation mode.
EFFECT: efficient compact devices for amplitude, phase and frequency modulation using a lumped parameter reactive base.
