SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of ceramic mixtures which can be used in producing ceramic facing materials. The ceramic mixture contains bentonite, foundry wastes, scrap glass and a plasticising additive in form of discard solutions from regenerating secondary cryolite from aluminium production with pH 9-10, with the following ratio of components of the ceramic mixture, wt %: bentonite - 10-21; foundry wastes - 59-63.5; scrap glass - 19.5-25.5; discard solutions from regenerating secondary cryolite from aluminium production - 0.5-1.0.

EFFECT: high bending strength of articles.
