FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and is meant for producing a wide range of ceramic composite materials. The silica component used is feldspar-quartz and mica-quartz sandstones, which are ground, followed by separation of the -1+06 and -0.2+0.125 fractions and mixed in ratio of 2:1, mixed with a mineralising agent in form of cryolite and a matrix material of the following chemical composition, wt %: 69.0 SiO2, 9.0 Al2O3, 2.0 Fe2O3, 6.0 CaO, 9.0 Na2O and grain size smaller than 0.042 mm, prepared from bentonite and scrap glass in ratio of 1:3, with the following ratio of components of the crude mixture, wt %: feldspar-quartz and mica-quartz sandstone 52-56; cryolite 2-4; matrix material 42-44.
EFFECT: considerable improvement in operational characteristics, specifically bending strength.
