SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of building materials, particularly to production of a mastic compound which can be applied on reinforced concrete structures. The mastic compound contains the following, wt %: portland cement 21.0-25.0; quartz sand 48.5-52.1; rubber crumbs with fibre filler 7.0-9.0; asbestos 36.0-19.0; superplasticiser S-3 0.9-1.5, with water-to-cement ratio of 0.45-0.55.
EFFECT: high frost resistance.
