SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials, particularly to production of mastic, which can be used for applying on reinforced-concrete structures. Compound contains, wt%: Portland cement 30.0-35.0; quartz sand 60.0-65.0; asbestos of grade 6 is 2.0-3.0; 3 % hydrogen peroxide solution 2.0-3.0, with water-cement ratio of 0.45-0.55.
EFFECT: technical result is high frost resistance of mastic.
