FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and may be applied for treating complicated colostomy. A paracolostomic wound is caudally widened by 5-10 cm to place therein a double-lumen drainage directed to a bottom of iliac fossa. An intestinal stoma is brought above the paracolostomic wound, and the intestinal ends are gripped by mini-clamps with elastic tractions and fixed on rigid supports representing a bottom support that is a lower base of the structure placed on an outer surface of the skin on the periphery of the paracolostomic wound and sutured to the skin, and a second rack-mounted support. The intestinal stoma is surrounded by the double-lumen drainage perforated at the preperitoneal subcutaneous fat of the paracolostomic wound. An intubation tube for the large intestine with an obturator for the passive discharge of the intestinal content is placed in the intestinal lumen. All the double-lumen drainages are connected to an antiseptic supply unit and an active drainage apparatus.
EFFECT: method enables a lower risk of suppuration, creates the regeneration environment.
