FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, and can be applied in treatment of vast wound defects in purulent-septic surgery, traumatology and combustiology. Essence of method consists in bringing together wound edges and application of sutures. First, preliminarily, on wound edges K-wires are passed through entire layer of cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flap, ends being brought outside and bent. To iliac bones mounted is bilateral pelvic apparatus of external fixation on which above the abdomen surface at height not less than 10 cm fixed are two parallel rods with holes to which by means of fixers on swivel fasteners fixed are rods-wire-tighteners, provided with threads. Threads are passed by sewing with needle from internal flap surface, including K-wires, by which wound edges are brought together in dosed manner. Dermotension is carried out step-by-step, 3-4 times per day.
EFFECT: invention allows to create the most favourable direction and angle of tension at different stages of wound defect covering with regulation of cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flaps fit to wound bottom and also ensure step-by-step and adequate stretching of cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flap at any time of day without bandaging at place.
