FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of precision bearings. Cavitation washing efficiency is upped by modification of activator that excited resonance oscillations consisting in making the activator mirror composed of alternating equidistant ring-like stiff and retarded shifting elements. Delay of shifting elements in activator oscillations creates vertical layer-by-layer shift of washing fluid to up the cavitation effect.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
