FIELD: cleaning articles. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical bath for cleaning liquid provided with a cover which can be closed hermetically. The bath is positioned on flexible base and spring-loaded from below by a spring. The cover of the bath has central opening wherein a vertical rod is received provided with inertia member arranged at top part of the bath. The inertia member is made of thick-walled ring disk which is movably set on the rod whose bottom part is provided with a ring stop and top part is provided with outer cylindrical spring secured to a plug of the opening by its top end.
