FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to hand-held right-angle grinder. Proposed device comprises, at least, one structural assembly including at least one semicircular base, ring arranged across the base main length to cover working tool in arc as well as stress absorbing element. Said structural assy has at least two sections with different absorbing properties. Said absorbing element is shaped at case ring to rate up kinetic energy. Said absorbing element has at least one section with saw-like and/or wavy profile. Said profiles extend in circumferential direction along case inner and outer sides. Structural assy has at least one radial wall to form aforesaid absorbing element.
EFFECT: ruled out injury of tool user.
