FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed power plant comprises propeller, motor, battery of solid-oxide fuel elements and battery temperature regulator. Aforesaid propeller is fitted on motor shaft. Said motor is connected with said battery that generates electric power for said motor. Battery of fuel elements has hydrogen feed inlet, air feed inlet and anode and cathode gas outlets. Operating temperature regulator comprises compressor and turbine fitted on common shaft. Said controller is equipped with air intake while turbine is provided with controlled nozzle. Said working temperature regulator incorporates additionally the afterburner chamber, heat exchanger and mixer. Said heat exchanger is furnished with bypass channel to bypass a portion of air over said heat exchange. Said turbine also has bypass channel to bypass a portion of gases over said turbine.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
