FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a composition based on the vulcanized rubber waste. Nonmilled pressing out material were loaded on rolls 1500 of fraction 1:1.14 and passed their through minimal gap for 1-3 cycles. Rubber is rolled up to devulcanization degree 4-7 conditional units by ring modulus. Then water-soluble oligomeric lignin-containing addition is added, rolled for 10-20 min and bitumen and sulfur were added. Composition has the following components, mas.pts.: rubber waste 100; technical lignosulfonates 0.9-2.5; bitumen 2-4; and sulfur 1-3. Properties of ready product: rupture strength is 56.5-63.0 kgf/cm2; relative elongation is 80-112%; residual deformation is 4.0-11.4; hardness is 62-74 conventional units. The obtained sheet exhibits solid, uniform and flat quality. The end product is used in building industry. EFFECT: improved quality and property. 2 tbl
