FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymer-based heat-resistant adhesive composition and can be used in rubber industry in making heat-resistant multilayer rubber-fabric articles, particularly rubber-cord casings, as well as high-pressure flexible hoses used in aggressive media at high temperatures, where oil- and petrol-resistant materials are required. The heat-resistant adhesive composition contains medium-crystallising chloroprene rubber, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, a vulcanising group, a colloidal acid, an adhesion modifier, colophony, a solvent mixture, additionally contains high-crystallising chloroprene rubber and butadiene-nitrile rubber with polyvinyl chloride, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt: medium crystallisation speed chloroprene rubber 35-45; high crystallisation speed chloroprene rubber 35-45; chloroprene rubber and butadiene-nitrile rubber 10-30; colophony 40-60; zinc oxide 4.0-6.0; magnesium oxide 3.0-5.0; adhesion modifier 1.0-3.0; colloidal silicic acid 35-60; ground sulphur 1.0-2.5; thiuram D 0.3-1.0; diphenyl guanidine 0.3-1.0; toluene 250-300; nefras 200-250; ethyl acetate 250-300.
EFFECT: high strength of adhesion of the BNKS-based rubber mixture to rubber-coated synthetic cord.
