FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber-cord composite intended for use in rubber industry for manufacturing of multi-layer rubber-fabric items, in particular rubber-cord products that are operated under influence of fuels and oils at elevated temperatures for long time. Rubber-cord composite includes a cover rubber layer made of a rubber mixture based on a highly saturated hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber with an acrylonitrile content of 49–50 % and layers of a synthetic cord treated with an impregnating composition based on a chloroprene or butadiene-nitrile carboxyl-containing latex. Cord is coated with rubber compound based on butadiene-nitrile rubber with an acrylonitrile content of 18 % or 28 % at ratio of components, weight-butadiene-nitrile rubber – 100, sulfur – 0.5–1.5, sulfenamide C – 1–3, stearic acid – 0.5–2.0, white zinc – 5–8, Picard pitch – 3–5, RU-D modifier – 1.5–6.0, white soot – 5–10, technical carbon – 45–60, ester plasticizer – 20–25, FPdiaphene –1–2, N acetononyl – 0.5–1.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase oil-heat resistance at high bond strength between rubber and textile cord in a rubber-cord composite, long-term workable in conditions of prolonged exposure to fuels and oils at elevated temperatures – up to 120°.
