SUBSTANCE: photometric device comprises a photodiode, three switches, a voltage follower, a device of sampling and storage, a control device, an adjustable impedance, a power source +E, and a current source.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of temperature compensation due to the use of the linear dependence of the voltage decrease on the p-n-junction of photodiode biased in the forward direction from the temperature as a control temperature compensation effect while simultaneous maintaining sensitivity and operation speed, enhanced functionality due to provision of work of the device not only in pulsed mode, but also in continuous mode.
