FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: temperature measurement device comprising a resistance thermometer (RT) and the drive resistor (DR), the common point of which is connected to the common bus, a stable current generator (SCG), four electronic keys (EK), a square wave generator (SWG), amplifiers. It additionally comprises eight EK, RC - filter. The EK are divided into four groups of four EK in the first and second group, two EK in the third and fourth group. The control inputs of the first three EK of the first and second group, the control inputs of the first EK of the third and fourth group are connected to the direct output of SWG. The control inputs of the fourth EK of the first and second group, the control inputs of the second EK of the third and fourth group of the EK are connected to the inverse output of SWG. The output of the second EK of the first group of EK is connected to the input of the second EK of the second group of EK and the first output of the input resistor of the lower checkpoint (RLC). The second output of the RLC is connected to the common bus. The output of the third EK of the first group of EK is connected to the input of the third EK of the second group EK and the first output of the resistor of the upper checkpoint (RUC). The second output of the RUC is connected to the common bus. SWG has two control inputs by the internal logic - the inclusion of calibration on the lower or the upper point.
