SUBSTANCE: temperature regulator has a temperature sensor, a stable current generator, a temperature range lower bound setting resistor, a temperature range upper bound setting resistor, an operational amplifier and an actuating device. The temperature regulator also includes four groups of electronic switches, each group comprising three switches, a storage capacitor, an integrator, an inverter, an additional inverter, a first D flip flop, a second D flip flop, a first and a second resistor, a single pulse generator upon power supply and a control device.
