FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to the poultry industry. The method of pre-incubation treatment of eggs includes laying eggs in the trays and single eggs irrigation with the preparation solution, which is a copolymer of poly-N,N-dimethyl-3,4-dimethylenepyrrolidinium chloride and poly-N,N-dimethyl-3,4- dimethylenepyrrolidinium bromide. The said preparation is effective at a concentration of 1.5-2.5%, the optimum is 2.0%.
EFFECT: method enables to improve hatchability of eggs and hatching of conditioned ducklings due to the used preparation which forms the thin protective film on the entire surface of the eggs, thus preventing penetration of microbes into the eggs during the entire period of incubation also due to bromine anions which penetrate through the shell and are accumulated in the lipid part of the membrane of the CNS cells, the processes of inhibition in the synapses are strengthened, allowing the embryo to adapt better to various stresses.
