FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry industry, in particular, to technology of storage and preparation of meat chicken eggs for incubation. Meat chicken eggs storage and preparation method for incubation includes eggs selection, placement into incubation cells, disinfection, storage for 15 days in the egg storage room, heating not later than 3 days after laying in an incubation cabinet at temperature of 37.8-38.0 °C for 5 hours. Before and after heating eggs are held in an incubation room for 1-2 hours at temperature 22-28 °C, then eggs are stored in egg storage room at temperature 15-16 °C and relative humidity 60 % before placement for incubation. After storage disinfection is carried out, laying in incubation cabinet and incubation until hatching for 21 days. At that, after 14 days of storage eggs before incubation are repeatedly placed in incubation cabinet and before incubation eggs are heated for 9-12 hours at temperature of 25-27 °C and relative humidity 55-60% and further incubated until hatching.
EFFECT: proposed method for storage and preparation of meat hens eggs for incubation ensures reduction of embryonic mortality of chickens, increase of hatchability of hatching eggs stored for a long period of time, improvement of homogeneity and quality of hatched chickens, increase of live weight and safety of broiler chickens.
