FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to one-piece impellers 1, in particular, to their production. Proposed method comprises cutting the material from block 100 by abrasive water jet to obtain billets 102 extending radially from impeller 4 preserving the material that makes joints 112 between at least two vanes following directly one after the other. Note here that said joint are spaced from said impeller radially. Then, said joints 112 are removed.
EFFECT: decreased influence of vane deformation and vibration on d impeller quality.
