FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to percussion-type tools. Proposed tool comprises point and cylinder with piston and hammer. Mid element is arranged between cylinder and point. Damping element is arranged ahead of aforesaid mid element. Washer is arranged behind said damping element to abut thereon. Mid element can get in contact with said washer when mid element is displaced by point strike in idle conditions. Bushing abuts on said washer from behind. Said bushing can position damping element and washer to allow reciprocation of mid element inside the bushing. Second damping element is arranged between said bushing and cylinder. Striker can strike on second damping element in idle conditions. Note here that second damping element can position bushing rear end directly or indirectly.
EFFECT: longer life of damping element.
