FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed generator connected to screw propeller 4 comprises drive shaft motor 1, uncouplers 2, 5, reduction gear 3 and shaft-driven generator 6 (electrical machine excited by permanent magnets). Said shaft-driven generator 6 is connected via current transducer 7, input throttle 8, frequency converter 9, output throttle 10, LC-filter 11, second current converter 12, first automatic switch 13 to busses 14 of the ship using hardware. Besides, buses 14 are connected via second automatic circuit breaker 15 to auxiliary generator 16 with motor 17. Input voltage transducer 18 is connected to output of shaft-driven generator 6 while output voltage transducer 19 is connected to buses 14 via first automatic circuit breaker 13. Frequency converter 9 has two back-to-back inverter rectifiers 21, 23 with vector control, each incorporating its proper controller 20, 22. DC link capacitor accumulator 26 is arranged between said rectifiers. Current and voltage transducers are connected to appropriate controllers for feedback in control parameters of the circuit. Inverter transducer with back-to-back controlled rectifiers and switching elements allows the generator to operate in common mode for supply of ship circuits and in inverter mode using shaft-driven generator in the case of the main generator failure.
EFFECT: stabilised voltage in DC link, higher quality of power.
