METHOD TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY AND DEVICE TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F02M47/02 F02M63/04 F02M61/20

Abstract RU 2493420 C2

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply control, in which each individual fuel pump is connected at the inlet with a separate pipeline to a check valve with the fuel pump, the first control mechanical valve for each nozzle is installed between the outlet of each individual hydraulic accumulator and under-needle chambers of each nozzle, the second control mechanical valve is installed between the above-needle chamber of each nozzle and the low pressure hydraulic accumulator, and is connected kinematically with the nozzle needle, the nozzle needle is connected kinematically via a movement multiplier or directly with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for its linear displacement, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with the convex surface of permanent radius at one end of certain length of the convex part, a cam shaft connected kinematically with a crankshaft, with at least one programmable profiled cam with at least one microprofile on it with the permanent specified low height for realisation of preliminary injection, with at least one microprofile with higher height for realisation of the main injection or at least one microprofile of alternating height, which varies in accordance with the specified law along the length of the microprofile for realisation of the main injection with at least one microprofile for realisation of injection after the main one with height that is higher than the height of the microprofile for realisation of preliminary injection, programmable profiled cams with microprofiles of specified length with permanent or alternating height on the cam shaft for injection control are made as capable of serial interaction first with the straight part of the plate as it moves from one extreme position into another one, and then with the convex surface of the plate of permanent radius during injections of specified duration, the surface of at least one plate is made as variable with the slant of the plate of continuous width with length of the convex end part or several parts, and in each part with its slant and with its maximum length in the beginning of the slant, microprofiles are made with straight incoming edges and slant trailing ends of microprofiles, parallel to the slant of the convex end part of the plate or its appropriate part, interacting with the appropriate microprofile with continuous duration control, each plate is made as capable of displacement along the axis of the spring-loaded stem and the needle. Each plate is made as capable of displacement in the plane perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle and the stem with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose with a spline joint to the stem, relative to which the plate moves.

EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and time-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
