FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply control includes a nozzle with a spring-loaded needle with a mechanical drive, a movement multiplier, a mechanical controller of injection duration, a sprinkler with one level of holes, a high-pressure fuel pump. The device is equipped with an individual hydraulic accumulator of high pressure with a high pressure control valve for each nozzle, an individual fuel pump for every nozzle with a drive from a cam shaft, connected kinematically with a crankshaft via a roller with a yoke, a common hydraulic accumulator of low pressure, a control mechanical valve with a stem with conical or other locking surface, a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive. The outlet of each individual fuel pump of high pressure is connected with a pipeline with a check valve with an individual hydraulic accumulator of high pressure, which is connected hydraulically to the above-needle and under-needle chambers of the nozzle, and via a high pressure control valve with a common low pressure hydraulic accumulator, the above -needle chamber of each nozzle is connected to the low pressure hydraulic accumulator, the outlet of the low pressure hydraulic accumulator is connected via the common pipeline with the inlet of every individual fuel pump of high pressure with a separate pipeline with a check valve, each individual fuel pump is connected at the inlet with a pipeline with a check valve with a fuel pump, the control mechanical valve is installed between the above-needle chamber and the hydraulic accumulator of low pressure, and is connected kinematically with the nozzle needle, the nozzle needle is connected kinematically via the movement multiplier or directly to the quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for its linear displacement, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with convex surface of permanent radius on one end of certain length of the convex part, the cam shaft connected kinematically with the crank shaft, with at least one programmable profiled cam with at least one microprofile on it with permanent specified low height for realisation of preliminary injection by at least one microprofile with higher profile for realisation of the main injection or at least one microprofile of variable height, which varies in accordance with the specified law along the microprofile length for realisation of the main injection with at least one microprofile for realisation of injection after the main one with height, which is higher than the microprofile height for realisation of preliminary injection.

EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and time-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
