FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method for tightness quality control consists in determination of places of leaks by sound of the air sucked inside a transport vehicle by creating negative pressure inside the leak-proof transport vehicle. In addition, places of leaks are determined in one cavity isolated from inner volume of the transport vehicle pre-formed on an above-track flange of the transport vehicle. The cavity is connected through an air line to inner volume of the transport vehicle. A tightness quality control device includes an instrument for control of negative pressure inside the leak-proof transport vehicle with an air bleeding hose. The hose connects the instrument inner volume of the transport vehicle. The device is equipped with a system for creation of negative pressure in one cavity isolated from inner space and pre-formed on the above-track flange of the transport vehicle. The system is made in the form of air lines connected through connection elements to each other and to inner volume of the transport vehicle.
EFFECT: improving reliability of tightness quality control using a negative pressure method at preparation of a transport vehicle for crossing of water obstacles at the bottom.
