FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to method of fabricating reinforced concrete articles. Proposed method comprises forming the boards in metal moulds with means to resist the stress of two-axis reinforcing elements. Metal mould can stay in vertical or horizontal position and is composed of two parallel central walls, two lateral walls connecting said central walls to form panel lateral edges, and two top or front and bottom or rear end walls connecting end edges of central and lateral walls. Parallel central walls feature curved shape in only one of its measures. Lateral walls are rectangular and flat. End walls are flat with arc-like configuration. Transverse reinforcing elements are arranged between lateral walls and end walls as well as lengthwise reinforcing elements under load. Transverse reinforcing elements under located between lateral walls follow uneven parallel paths to make vertices located at imaginary arc and borne by supports inserted perpendicular in central wall face of minor curvature. Then mortar is fed through adjustable gap in one of central walls, lateral and/or end walls.
EFFECT: ruled out undesirable water evaporation from mortar.
