FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: recessed elements are inserted into paper, which provide safety and prevent forgery of the document. The paper comprises a security thread or strip as a windowed thread and a watermark obtained using electrotype in the areas of the greatest accumulation of the fibers intended to cover the said windowed thread. The windowed thread or strip is visible in some areas and is hidden in the other intermediate areas. The areas where the windowed thread or strip is hidden are dark areas in which near the security thread or strip the watermarks are placed obtained using electrotype.
EFFECT: creation of an effective means of protection against forgery of valuable documents.
