FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a housing separated with a partition wall so that reagent chambers are formed, with an adapter, a single-action valve, a shutoff assembly and a destructible diaphragm. One of the chambers is equipped with a controlled channel, and outlet channels of the chambers are installed at an angle. One chamber of the housing is interconnected from above or from below with borehole space through a valve. Partition wall is made in the form of a branch pipe being a chamber for one of the reagents, with a lower ejector for the corresponding outlet channel. The branch pipe is inserted in the housing coaxially and with possibility of longitudinal fixed movement, and is equipped below with a mixing chamber. The latter is made in the form of a hollow cylinder coaxial to the housing and interconnected through outlet channels with reagent chambers. One of the outlet channels is interconnected with the housing chamber from below or from above - on opposite side of the valve and is controlled. Mixing chamber is interconnected from below with borehole space. Shutoff assembly is made in the form of a piston fixed in the branch pipe with a shear element. Destructible membrane is installed in the mixing chamber below outlet channels for reagents. Adapter is connected to the housing through the partition wall. The housing below the valve can be equipped with a packer.
