FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with a turning angle mechanism consisting of a framework and a guidance mechanism containing a horizontal beam with a slide, on the axis of which a pendulum with a sensor is fixed; one beam end is connected through a support to the framework, and the other end is connected to a vertical sensor movement mechanism made in the form of a rack fixed on the framework and a vertical slide moving along the rack. The device is equipped with a monitoring instrument of horizontal movement of the pendulum with the sensor. Besides, the monitoring instrument of horizontal movement of the pendulum is made in the form of a micrometric screw and an indicator, and the vertical movement mechanism is equipped with a locking element fixed on the vertical slide. Pendulum is made in the form of a pipe, and connection of the pendulum to the sensor is detachable. Improvement of measurement accuracy is achieved due to the fact that the device allows making measurements in three spatial coordinates X, Y, Z, due to availability of three mechanisms: a framework turning angle mechanism, a guidance mechanism and a vertical movement mechanism. Each of the three above mechanisms provides for accurate guidance of the sensor to the specified point.
EFFECT: creation of a device for measurement of an object deviation from a vertical, which provides the possibility of detection of distortions and deflections at any point of the object, which is made from ferromagnetic or non-magnetic material, as well as in simplification of the device design.
