FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: loading device for investigation of end damping of oscillations of fan blades of a gas-turbine engine on a vibration test rig includes an attachment assembly intended to retain and fix a damping device, an orientation assembly arranged on a vibration test rig table, which has the possibility of fixing in it of the assembly of attachment and control of movement in three mutually orthogonal directions of space, and a loading assembly by pressing of the damping device to the end surface of a non-profile part of the blade for creation of a load, which has the possibility of controlling the pressure force with provision of friction force that is sufficient for dissipation of blade oscillations energy. The attachment assembly is made in the form of plates that press the damping device arranged between them. The orientation device includes a plate and a rack installed on it. The plate and the rack includes milled grooves for fastening bolts, which provide the travel in radial direction and turn relative to the vibration test rig. The assembly of loading by pressing includes a screw inserted into the rack hole with diameter of pitch of thread, which create hold-down force providing sufficient friction force for dissipation of energy of oscillations in the rack.
EFFECT: improving simulation accuracy of action of the damping device on a vibration test rig.
