FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: system at a water source (1) is equipped with a diversion chamber-collector (5) with a trash screen (3) and fish protection (4) structures, the pumping station (6) hydraulically connected to pressure pipeline (7) with a water-driven tower-collector (8), the flow electric activator of water (13), a fertiliser injector (15), water metering equipment (17), distribution (18) and irrigation (19) pipelines having branches (20) to the focal dampers placed in the root zone. The distribution (18) and irrigation (19) pipelines are laid at a depth of a=50-60 cm from the ground surface, the irrigation (19) pipelines are located from the center line of planting at a distance l=2-2.5 m, the dampers in the form of the loader rake of pipes are placed at a depth h=15-20 cm. In the place of branches junction (20) with the loader rake the flow adjuster is mounted, controlled from the ground surface and having an adjusting scale. The dampers are made of a polymeric material resistant to corrosion and have perforation made on the entire surface. The flow electric activator of water (13) comprises coaxially arranged electrodes (26, 28), a semipermeable diaphragm (27) between them. The outer electrode (26), performing the function of the housing has the form of a hollow cylinder with connecting nipples mounted in the threaded grooves of inlet (25) and outlet (32) pipelines. The inner electrode (28) is the lobe guide of water flow (29), at that the lobes (29) made on a logarithmic spiral, are located inside the housing along the helical line on the left-hand direction.

EFFECT: increased yield of irrigated crops.
