SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a flask for liquid or paste-like cosmetic product. Object of the invention is to create a flask comprising the element of application of the product and a container with the ability of leaktight placement in it of a part of the element of the product application when the reservoir is located in the quiescent configuration. The flask for liquid or paste-like cosmetic product comprises an elongated housing extending along the longitudinal direction and provided with a bottom area and a free edge. The flask comprises a container that contains the cosmetic product and has the opportunity to move in reciprocating manner in the said housing between its lower quiescent position and an upper working position, guiding device which is elastically compressed. The above mentioned device has a stable configuration of the compressed position, which defines the lower quiescent position and a configuration of maximum extension, defining the upper working position, comprising a hollow guide track into which the guide pin is inserted, at least in the configuration of maximum extension; and the element of application of the product, comprising the cap and made with the ability to be inserted into the housing and, on the other hand, with the ability of being at least partially extracted from the housing under the action of the guide device affected to elastic compression. The additional elastic element is provided near this guide track in order to hinder the passage of the guide pin when the guide device affected to elastic compression leaves its configuration of maximum expansion due to immersion of the cap into the housing.
EFFECT: creation of a flask comprising the element of application of the product and a container with the ability of leaktight placement in it of a part of the element of the product application when the reservoir is located in the quiescent configuration.
