SUBSTANCE: dispensing device for oral cavity care and system for oral cavity care, which includes elastic applicator, optimising application of flowing medium on oral cavity surfaces. Dispensing device contains case with internal reservoir, which contains flowing medium. Elastic applicator is connected with case and has dispensing hole. Elastic applicator includes working surface, oriented at non-right angle to case longitudinal axis and restricted with polygonal perimetric edge, made with multitude of apical and multitude of lateral sections, with one of multitude of lateral sections forming the most distal section of elastic applicator.
