FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacy and concerns new pharmaceutical compositions for oral phytonutrient delivery. The pharmaceutical composition contains at least one phytonutrients among: epigallocatechin-3-gallate, diindolylmethane, genestein, resveratrol, curcumin, and a wedding agent that is grafted copolymer of polyvinyl caprolactam/polyvinyl acetate/polyethylene glycol of average molecular weight 90000-140000 g/mole at mass ratio of at least one phytonutrient and wetting agent 1:5 to 1:1. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition according to the first version consists in dissolving the wedding agent in an organic solvent, dissolving at least one phytonutrient in the same organic solvent, mixing the prepared solutions, and distilling off the solvent in vacuum; according to the invention, mixing the solutions is followed by heating the prepared mixture to 45-50°C at constant stirring, and after distilled off, the product is dried in vacuum. The method for preparing the above pharmaceutical composition according to the second version consists in mixing the dry powders of the wedding agent and at least one phytonutrient.

EFFECT: prepared compositions are stable and have high bioavailability.
