FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed line comprises system equipped with intake bin to transfer ash-and-slag piles, proportioning feeder connected with mixer connected in its turn with thinning medium source via feed line, particles sizer and system to separate dewatered pulp to be recovered from sized particles. Note here that said intake bin is equipped with the first active grinder arranged there inside ahead of outlet. Note also that bin inlet is connected via conveyor with metal-and-stone separator designed to add to grinding of ash-and-slag wastes. Note that metal-and-stone separator ash-and-slag outlet is connected via second conveyor with proportioning feeder. Ash-and-slag classifiers represent hydraulic cyclones. Note that sand outlet of one of said cyclones is connected to mixer pulp outlet via first pipe equipped with first sand pump. Note here that light and fine fraction outlet of the first hydraulic cyclone is connected via second pipe with flotation unit inlet. First hydraulic cyclone sand fraction outlet is communicated with accumulation tank with its outlet communicated with inlet of disintegrator, its outlet being communicated with second hydraulic cyclone sand fraction inlet. Second hydraulic cyclone light and fine fraction outlet is communicated with second pipeline while its sand outlet is connected by second sand pump with accumulation tank. Besides, flotation unit outlet is connected with collector of underfiring while flotation unit chamber outlet is connected with hydraulic cyclone clarification first stage. Hydraulic cyclone fluid outlet is connected with hydraulic cyclone clarification second stage. Note here that sand outlets of hydraulic cyclone clarification first and second stage are connected with ash collector. Note also that fluid outlet of clarification second stage cyclone is connected with clarified water collection tank. Outlet of the latter is connected via clarified water pump with mixer and pipe feeding water to first pipe top section. Besides, first pipe is additionally connected with mixer via circulation line.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
