FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closure devices with dispensers for bottles and can be used for packaging of valuable beverages. The device comprises the main housing located along the longitudinal axis, a working element mounted rigidly on the main housing outside of it in the axial direction and with the ability to rotate relative to the main housing, a dispenser connected to the working element by the screw joint with the ability of its axial movement along the longitudinal axis when rotation of the working element relative to the main housing, the main housing is made with an internal cavity along the longitudinal axis of the device which is bounded by its side inner wall with the guide section with the ability of contact with it of the dispenser wall, in the inner cavity of the main housing an inlet is made, the dispenser is made of three concentrically arranged cylindrical walls with the ability of forming the annular channel outlet for fluid at the open closure device with the outlet side opening in the form of an annular slit, the side outer cylindrical wall of the dispenser with a thread is provided with openings for air passage, located along the perimetre of its upper part below the annular slit, and the lower part of the middle wall of the dispenser is provided with grooves of thickness less than the thickness of this wall.

EFFECT: device enables to increase the slope of the bottle when filling the liquid.
