SUBSTANCE: device with a filler for closing a bottle and treating the liquid product as may be contained therein includes a cover connected to the body fixed on the bottle neck via a threaded connection, a filler and an air conducting unit. The device is characteristically equipped with a valve having a recession for the filler, side holes and a central hole (the recession and holes communicating with each other), the valve rigidly connected to a dosing device having a detachable connection with the cover, a nipple having air conducting channels, side holes and a plug designed so that to enable overlapping the central hole of the valve, an elevator for longitudinal displacement of the dosing device in the body and of the valve - in the nipple, a unit of air releasing from the cavity of the body with the filler during its closing; the body has an inner cylindrical projection with a hole for the nipple fitting and inclined elevator guides with stoppers respectively communicating with the skewed cutouts and the dosing device stoppers while the air conducting unit is formed by the circular clearance between the bottle neck and the inner surface of the body cup, the nipple air conducting channels limited by the cross wall of the body, the clearance between the inner surface of the nipple and the outer surface of the inner projection of the body and the holes in the nipple side wall that may be overlapped with the side surface of the valve.
