FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes air chamber with atmospheric pressure and suction chamber made of light elastic-plastic material. In suction chamber there is low-gas combustion material of cylindrical shape faced towards air chamber and fixed rigidly by radial metal pins with reference to suction chamber and composite material that generates gas during combustion; both materials are placed in succession. Low-gas combustion composite material faced towards air chamber is formed of the compound including the following substances in % by weight: prilled ammonium nitrate of B 45-46 grade, bichromate 1-2, epoxy resin of ED-20 40-42 grade, plasticiser of EDOS 2-3 grade, Agidol curing agent of AF-2M 9-10 grade. Gas-generating composite material of suction chamber includes the following substances in % by weight: ammonium nitrate 78-87, powdered nitrile rubber of SKN-26 grade with dispersion degree of 0.5-1.5 mm 12, potassium bichromate 1-10.
EFFECT: improving operational performance of the device due increase of specific heat, specific gas generation, reduction of slag-making with regard to weight of the device and simplification of the device manufacturing.
