FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for treatment of bottom-hole zone of oil well includes air chamber with atmospheric pressure and intake chamber made from light, resilient plastic material. In intake chamber cylindrical composite materials are housed: composite material of low-gas combustion, and composite material of gas- and acid-generation combustion. Composite material of low-gas combustion is faced towards air chamber and steadily fixed with radially located metal pins relative to body of intake chamber, is formed from composition containing, wt.%: ammonium nitrate granular of grade B, 45-46; potassium bichromate, 1-2; epoxy resin of grade ED-20, 40-42; plasticiser of grade EDOS, 2-3; hardener Agidol of grade AF-2M, 9-10. Composite material of gas- and acid-generation combustion contains, wt.%: ammonium nitrate granular of grade B, 38-45; chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin of grade PSC-LS, 40-50; fluoroplastic-4, 12-15.
EFFECT: expansion of geological conditions of use, higher reliability, efficiency, and success of well bottom-hole treatment, simplified design and manufacturing of device.
