SUBSTANCE: data base is created for commodities on demand on the market, manufactured and non-liquid, ordered, based on technical, price characteristics and geographic location of the commodities, commodity flow is generated based on the criterion of the least end price of the commodities; fulfillment of each order is evaluated by assigning each contractor a reliability coefficient which is taken into account when determining the end price of a commodity, and the paying capacity of the contractor during financial transactions.
EFFECT: combining processes of supplying, manufacturing and consumption to ensure uninterrupted operation of companies, the highest quality of servicing clients at the lowest cost and shortest time of fulfilling an order.
