SUBSTANCE: method to order goods and services consists in identification of a client by assignment of unique identification codes, goods and services are ordered using information network technologies, according to the proposed invention, goods and services are ordered in the system that comprises a client terminal and a goods and services supplier terminal connected to a centre-server, comprising a unit of client identification for authorisation, personal data storage, an order management subsystem, a financial accounting subsystem, an information subsystem, a unit of goods and accounts keeping, a client's database is generated in the unit of the centre-server identification, in the client identification unit the client's data is selected to order a product or a service, and the order is generated in the order management subsystem by means of selection using the specified criteria, in the order management subsystem the individual database is generated with standard client orders, a signal with confirmation of the order acceptance is transferred to the client's terminal.

EFFECT: reduced time of data processing with application of network technologies.
