SUBSTANCE: device comprises a sorting drum, a chamber for hot-air drying of cones with a device for opening latticed shutters of racks, conveyors for supply of cones in the drying chamber and a breaking drum. In addition, the plant has a reservoir for seed and water separation with two compartments dedicated for separation of viable seeds and water solution to disinfect and stimulate seeds. The lower stage of the drying chamber comprises a chamber for microwave treatment of seeds in cones, which is tightly connected with the conveying device with a sprayer installed on it. The latter is tightly connected with the separation container of an aqueous solution, the other branch of which is hermetically connected to the conveying device.

EFFECT: invention will provide planting material with improved quality indicators.
