FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding, particularly, to injection moulding tool with mould lock. Half-mould is coupled with mould opening and closing means while in closed position of the mould both half-moulds stay in contact along mould opening area. Note here that every half-mould has seats formed at sidewall. Note also that said seta has opening, bottom, two end walls perpendicular to mould opening area and two opposite side between opening and seat bottom. Note that seat side nearby mould opening area makes the angle with said are so that distance between opposite sides increased from seat bottom to its opening. Note that half-mould is equipped with lock including retainer with two ledges to enter at a time the half-mould seat. Every said ledge has inner inclined surface to get in contact with seat inclined side. Note here that seat and ledge inner side inclined surfaces have thrust plates made of material with sliding properties better than those of retainer or half mould material. Besides, said lock comprises independent system to move retainer to or from seats and including one or several cylinders. Said cylinders comprises case coupled with half-mould, piston and rof rigidly connected therewith to support retainer.
EFFECT: every half-mould is confined by lateral, front and rear surfaces.
