FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to tires made of resilient polyurethanes. Reinforcement is intended for automotive airless tires with resilient spokes interconnecting outer ring with tread and inner ring secured at wheel metal rim. Proposed method consists in winding thin metal threads in radial direction around prefabricated polyurethane tubes.Then, said tubes are fitted in several plies in circumferential direction on outer ring surface of prefabricated reinforced airless tire placed in carcass female die.
EFFECT: lower heating and weight as well as labor input.
