FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to tires made of resilient polyurethanes. Reinforcement is intended for automotive airless tires with resilient spokes interconnecting outer ring with tread and inner ring secured at wheel metal rim by thin reinforced pipes. Method of reinforcement consists in applying the thin reinforced pipes onto the surface of premade reinforced airless tube placed in female die in several lines in circumferential direction.
EFFECT: lower heating and weight as well as labor input.
