FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in gas and chemical industry for gasification of fine grained fuel such as dust or fluid fuel with generation of synthesis gas and slag removal from gasification reactor. Device for slag removal from gasification reactor at temperatures above ash fusion temperature and under pressure from 0.3 to 8 MPa includes water bath 10 located in pressure vessel under gasification reactor. Fluid slag deposits on a wall of gasification reactor and then flows down without setting. Lower side of reactor is designed with an outlet 11 with discharge edge 12, so that down flow of fluid slag may be freely discharged from edge 12. Channel for slag removal is located below the outlet and goes down to water bath. Cooling agent flows through upper section 2 of the channel wall for slag removal, which inner side is completely lined with heatproof insulating joint 3. Lower section 5 of the channel wall for slag removal, which goes down to water bath 10, is wetted by water film 8 on inner side and is connected to upper section 2; upper 2 and lower 5 sections are interconnected, so that water film in upper section of the wall contacts neither wall penetrated by cooling agent nor insulating joint.

EFFECT: invention allows prevention of slag early cooling and sediment formation on lower section of slag removal channel; also it allows reducing impact of high temperatures on slag removal channel.
